Its balanced acidity offers the palate a clean and dry flavor. This wine can be served as a very pleasant aperitif or can maridate with a wide variety of light meals. It is perfect with seafood (mussels, clams), prawns and shrimp boiled or grilled with light sauces, pickled fish, fried fish and some cold dishes with acid palate: seafood cocktail, shrimp aspic, vitel tonné and salpicón bird's. Cooked ham. Paella. Pasta with milk sauces, vongole, marinara, Alfredo. Sweetbreads, chicken, piglet, pork pamplonas and grilled chicken. Just like the grape it comes from, it is so versatile that it can grace the most elegant table or a casual picnic. Serve fresh, but not frozen, between 8º and 10º C.
